Facilities included in your hire of the room are:
- 200 banquet style chairs
- 20 round tables that seat 10 per table (1.8m diameter)
- 6 trestle tables
- kitchen which includes, commercial dishwasher, 2 urns, convection oven, 6 burner gas oven, microwave, 2 door display fridge, drink fridge, stainless steel preparation table
- air conditioning
- plenty of off street parking
- disabled toilet and building entry via ramp
Hire Cost: $660 incl.GST (effective 1st July 2015)
Reduction for Community Groups
Hire is for a 5 hour period until 12 midnight, music goes off at 11.30pm.
We give you the key at 9am on the day of your function to allow room set up at no extra charge.
We allow 2 hours after your function for pack up and clean the room or alternatively we can arrange the clean at your cost.
Extra facilities for Hire include: White linen table Cloths @ $11, Cutlery/Crockery-per setting @ $3 (150 settings), Glassware – beer/water, wine @ $.50 per glass.
Extra time for set up or clean up can be booked at $55per hour (minimum 2 hour) or $330per day
