THE MARKET IS OPEN EASTER SUNDAY 8.00am to 1.30pm
The Akoonah Park Market houses over 350 indoor and outdoor stalls each Sunday. Trading hours are from 8.00am - 1.30pm.
The market brings vendors from all over Victoria selling food, fresh produce, flowers, handcrafts, tools and workgear, artworks, pet needs, bric-a-brac and a huge variety of other stalls. It is a great place to meet friends and family, choose something fabulous to eat and wander the stalls.
Our Market operates rain, hail or shine, however we close the last week in February to make way for the Berwick Show.
Proceeds from the market are a major source of funding for maintenance and capital improvements for Akoonah Park.

Once complete, you will receive notification by email as to your application status. Should you be accepted as a Stallholder, you will receive email notification with your stall number as well as an invoice to pay online. If you would like to contact the bookings officer, please call 9796 1455. Please be aware that demand for stalls may exceed availability especially in the warmer months. To book a casual stall contact our booking number (03) 9796 1455 after 9am on the Monday prior to the Sunday you wish to attend. A trestle table is supplied with each stall booked.
The Market is closed Sunday the 30th of December. We re-open on he 6th of January 2019.
Market Information for Stallholders
Outside $33 + power @ $3 per lead, inside $37 + power @ $3 per lead (prices effective from 1st October 2016) trestle table provided, stall must be operated within the white paint stall boundaries. Food Vendors @ $75 and $2 per lead.
The market operates from 8am to 1:30pm with setup from 6am. Stall holders must be in place ready to trade by 7.30am and are not to pack up before 1.30pm unless permission has been obtained from the Market Manager. Any stalls not occupied by 7.30am may be re-let. The stall holder will be charged for the space.
APCM has Public Liability Insurance cover for the APCoM. Stall holders should ensure that they have 'Public Liability Insurance' that will cover themselves.
Food vendors MUST have a current City of Casey Food Licence and have it on display.
No commercial hot food or drink preparation or sale to be conducted in the buildings.
No vehicle will be permitted to the shed area or into the sheds after 7.30am or before 1.30pm. Vehicles must be parked as specified by the market staff. The first 3 rows of parking in main carpark are for customers only.
Stall holders displaying goods of a protrusive nature MUST supply a protective covering for the stall table provided
In accordance with the electrical Safety Act 1998 ALL second hand electrical goods MUST have a label attached stating that (a) the equipment is second-hand and the equipment has been inspected and tested and complies with Australian/New Zealand standard (AS/NZS) 3760 OR (b) the equipment is secondhand with additional words DANGER-DO NOT USEOR CONNECT TO SUPPLY-THIS ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT MAY BE FAULTY AND SHOULD BE INSPECTED BY A COMPETENT PERSON IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS/NZS 3760
The APCoM reserves the right to cancel the market due to extreme weather conditions
